ChoozMo Responsible AI Principles
As a company whose business focuses on AI and generative AI, ChoozMo is committed to providing AI products and services which are beneficial for everyone, while at the same time, ensuring that these services comply with ethics as well as prevailing laws and regulations.
ChoozMo’s Responsible AI Principles are based on the following:
Fairness and Inclusiveness
Building AI systems and services will require the training of data into models, and the training process can produce information or inference that are unfairly biased. Every step of the model training process will be monitored and evaluated for fairness and adjusted where necessary, to minimize the chance of unfair bias to appear in the results when the models are deployed. ChoozMo also aims to provide AI systems and services which do not discriminate between users of any kind.
Safety and Privacy
ChoozMo strives to build AI systems and services which are safe from security attacks. Any identifying information from users are obtained only with prior consent from users, and are stored securely and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. ChoozMo’s Privacy Policy shall apply for the purposes of achieving this goal.
Transparency
Every AI system and service built by ChoozMo is built to serve a particular purpose. ChoozMo is required to clearly describe the intended purpose, structure, and workings of the system or service. Should an AI system or service collect data from users, users will be duly informed of any data collected and used by the system, such as personal information, appearance, likeness, voice patterns, etc., as well as the purpose of the data collection.
Accountability
Users of ChoozMo’s AI services are welcome to provide feedback on the services provided, including the AI system. Feedback from users is valuable for us to improve our systems and services, so that ChoozMo can serve its users better in the future.
In addition, users have the right to request ChoozMo to provide further justification or clarification on the above mentioned policies.

Content created using ChoozMo’s AIGV Platform (AIGV Platform) will have a watermark embedded into the content for traceability purposes. Users of the AIGV Platform are bound to the terms as stipulated in ChoozMo’s Terms of Service, and are wholly responsible for the content they create through the AIGV Platform (AIGV Platform Content). Users must ensure that they have obtained all necessary permissions before publishing the AIGV Platform Content.
We DO NOT condone the use of the AIGV Platform for uses which are deemed harmful or offensive, including but not limited to the promotion, propagation, or spreading of:
- Slander
- Misinformation
- Discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to age, gender, religion, race, nationality or ethnicity, sexual orientation, and disability
- Scams and frauds
- Prohibited or illicit content (drugs, firearms, violence, pornography or sexual exploitation, gambling, piracy, etc.)
- Acts which endanger or threaten national security (such as terrorism)
- Acts which violate human rights (such as human trafficking)
- Any other acts deemed harmful or offensive
AIGV Platform Content is stored in ChoozMo’s servers, and ChoozMo also holds responsibility for the compliance of content stored in its servers. While ChoozMo can monitor AIGV Platform Content for compliance from time to time, users can report AIGV Platform Content which violate policies by sending an email to service@choozmo.com. ChoozMo reserves the right to disable access to AIGV Platform Content which violates policies, and may report such content to law enforcement if necessary.
Copyright owners who find their content used in AIGV Platform Content without permission may request the content taken down for copyright infringement by sending an email with the title "Copyright takedown request" and providing relevant details to service@choozmo.com.
