- Hi Choozmo,
- It's been s little over a week since we launched publicly on Product Hunt and we quickly became product of the week. I'd like to thank for your support - it means a world to us.
- Many of you reached out to us with suggestions, bug reports and feature requests. Rest assured that we went through all of the feedback and are now working on prioritization. Truth is, our team is still about 100 times smaller that Chrome's, but we are trying to keep up with feature requests and fixes. Please excuse delays is responding to your feedback and emails - we will get to it soon. In the meantime let me share what we are working on right now:
- - Support for Apple M1 chips. Currently a number of users with newer Macs are experiencing crashes on BigSur.
- - Better support for Spanish keyboard layout - turns out some of our shortcuts (e.g. Option-2, Option-N) are used in Spanish layout - for now you can change them by going to chrome://extensions/shortcuts but we need to solve it soon.
- - One Session per window - Ability to organize sessions by windows and tools to easily move tabs between sessions, snooze tabs.
- - LRU (Least recently used) Tab Switcher - Easy switching between recently used tabs. Currently you can switch between last tabs (option-Z) and see a list of open tabs and apps by opening Search (option-F). We are merging those for a more seamless experience.
- - Numerous bug fixes. With thousands of users signing up each day we've discovered errors that we haven't seen before. Our team is literally working 24/7 to address those.
- - Adding new apps. We're expanding app store with more requested apps, with badges, and support for global search.
- Small changes since last build
- - We changed the behavior of pinned tabs in Sessions - now, if you close pinned tab it would be restored next time you open a session. So next time you open your session all your important documents will be ready for you - even if you accidentally closed the window.
- - Search icon is back to the Sidebar - a few of you asked that they prefer using mouse than a shortcut.
