一個4歲男孩正在替船艦塑料模型上色。

**塑料模型**是指一種用很多[塑膠](https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%A1%91%E8%86%A0 "塑膠")零件拼合而成的[玩具](https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E7%8E%A9%E5%85%B7 "玩具")，比較出名的是鋼彈模型（[GUNPLA](https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/GUNPLA "GUNPLA")）[\[1\]](https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%A1%91%E6%96%99%E6%A8%A1%E5%9E%8B#cite_note-1)。組裝零件有很多東西，比如：塑膠零件，膠波等。可拼合成機器人、坦克車[\[2\]](https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%A1%91%E6%96%99%E6%A8%A1%E5%9E%8B#cite_note-2)、人偶[\[3\]](https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%A1%91%E6%96%99%E6%A8%A1%E5%9E%8B#cite_note-3)等。

### **塑膠射出(ATBC-PVC/ABS)高壓溫射出成型-環保塑料公仔**

PVC是通用型樹脂，可經由不同的配料與加工程序調整軟硬度或製作拆卸式產品，用途廣泛。

模具為鋼模可重複使用，上色運用噴漆模組及移印方式，我司最低生產數量為3,000~10,000pcs，5CM以下公仔最低生產量10,000pcs起。

優點:適合大量生產、單價低、重量輕、可以製作活動關節、組件及精細商品、產品精緻度高。

缺點:是產品模線、塑膠質感、重量輕、 製作模具須要30天以上而且模具費較高。

製作商品:小型擺飾居多。
